Forbes Avenue, Oakland:
Girl 1: I only brought enough clothes for a few weeks.
Girl 2: Yeah, me too. I wanted to, like, go home for the weekends, but I’m so busy.
Girl 3: I haven’t done laundry since I got here.
Girl 1: Yeah, I know; this is like the least revealing thing I own.

So…is the “Women’s Studies Class” joke in the post title supposed to be funny because…the girl says that she’s wearing the least revealing thing she owns? And that’s funny, because girls who don’t want to wear revealing clothes must therefore be feminists in women’s studies classes? That’s not funny. It’s dumb.

My sense of irony and logic are not flawed but intact. I actually have a sense of humor for things that are funny, and I am a smart person with an appreciation for nuance and detail and, yes, irony.
The thing is, though, is that the onus is on you to make the joke clear and understandable. I couldn’t find the joke in this particular post, and I was trying to figure out what I was missing. I am not being dense or deliberately obtuse. I am trying to figure out why you referenced women’s studies in the title of the post and what it had to do with anything.
It is perhaps not the best move to assume idiocy on the part of your reader.

I understood the joke pretty well- that the girl has apparently been going through her clothing by wearing her most revealing things first, then working her way back to baggy jeans and sweatshirts.
The title of course assumes that exibitionism and feminsim don’t mix well…

It’s not that feminism and exhibitionism don’t mix; it’s that it’s not a primary goal of feminists. Feminists strive for equality and respect, and while many feminists would say that a woman can do what she wants - including being exhibitionistic - some would say that it is demeaning for a woman to seek to be seen as a sex object.
Being single-minded about wearing revealing clothes, therefore, might lead one to assume that these girls are not feminists.
